Pella Iowa Tulip Festival 2025 Events. For three days each spring, pella is bursting with color and excitement as tulips bloom, parades wind through the streets, and the aroma of dutch treats fills the air. Each spring, pella comes alive with tulips, food, dancing, and fun at our annual tulip time festival!

Tulip time in pella is always the first thursday, friday, and saturday in may. This tulip time at the pella opera house we have “brad & kate” may 1 & may 2 at 4:30pm!!!
